Janice exceed all expectations! Early on we had a timing crunch with putting in an offer on a new home and trying to also sell our house at the same time. Janice went above and beyond with trying to line up clients to meet our deadline. In the end, we did have to wait, but it was for the better, and Janice was able to get us all set up with listing our house. Gave tips on what would help the home sell and what we did not have to worry about. Kept us up to date on interest and delivered feedback when we did get an offer and worked to get everything in place to help close early! Would definitely recommend her services!
