My mom passed away and I met with Dana to list the house in November. At the time the paperwork was not finalized allowing me to sell the house. Not only did Dana NOT pressure me for the listing, she helped me and guided me through the process. Once the court signed off, about 2 months later, I called her and within hours she had the contracts over to me and the house was listed. From the time we listed to the time we closed it was about 45 day. A great experience.

Dana goes above and beyond making things happen when you are not able to. She always makes time to talk even on her busiest days. My husband and I have worked with her twice and each time she has made our experience stress free including us moving out of state. She helped us find a realtor in South Carolina and helped us find movers within our budget. She is 5 stars across the board.

Working with Dana was by far the best part of the home buying process. I genuinely don't think I would have found a home without her let alone one that I love. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond what other agents would do and really looks out for her clients at all times. Dana did a great job assessing the market, advising on staging, and bringing in prospective buyers. She set a fair price based on comps and her own thoughts on the property. She was spot on with the price! Once we agreed on the contract, Dana walked us through all the necessary paperwork, inspections, and closing. She was 100% hands on and the process was seamless and without issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
