This was my first time buying a home and a friend who has really dived into the real estate game in the area referred her to me. She was very patient and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand. She was very punctual as well as flexible once we started touring homes. She understood that with me being military my schedule could be hectic and my phone time limited. Estefany remained very professional, respectful, patient, and hopeful that we would find the home I was looking for. I tend to be very picky on certain things (meaning we toured a lot of houses) and she was patient and understanding of that. Eventually we found the perfect home and she helped me make an offer and counter offer that left me very happy. Overall a great experience and she was very transparent the entire time.

My siblings and I inherited our mother's home when she passed. We flew out to Florida from Utah and met up with Michael and his lovely wife and we walked the home. Michael or MJ as we know him, was kind, courteous, and professional! He was more then all of that, he was simply amazing to work with!!! I really could go on and on about how great he is, MJ did WAY MORE than he had to in order to get this house sold for us!! Did I already say he was amazing? How was that MJ? I said exactly what you told me to say; I'll send you my venmo for the $50. ha ha ha All joking aside, if you want to buy or sell your current home, call MJ! They're plenty of great agents out there and you could get lucky and get one of those agents, or you can take the luck out of it and call MJ. Hands down the best realtor for a first time homebuyer and military member. She was EXTREMELY quick to answer any questions I had, night or day. She negotiated the seller to pay the full closing cost, added all home appliances to the sale free of charge and held my hand through every step of the process.
