•Erika was fantastic to partner and work with on the sale of our home. She stepped in at a time that was very hard for us given our agent at the time could not finish listing our home. We had a very short window of time to get the home on the market and moving forward again. This spring/summer 2025 was the most challenging real estate market I have ever seen given number of resales in area and new builder incentives. This was not the market for someone that does not do well under extreme pressure. She stepped right in, did not hesitate, and got the job done. It is evident Erika has the passion, drive and experience to be successful in this market. Without her we would not have been able to sell our home period. I would recommend Erika to anyone in the market to buy or sell. Erika is a consummate professional and the best in the business in my opinion.
