Kim Worthington is the best Realtor I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I've worked with many over the years as a seller, buyer and as a Banker. She went way beyond and above what would be expected of a realtor to help us get my wife's house sold after we got married this past June and Leslie decided she wanted to sell the house rather than use it for rental property. Her suggestions, recommendations of contractors and assistance in getting projects completed was invaluable. I started working with Kim about 3 months before we ever listed the property. After getting all of the projects completed that I knew needed to be done to prepare it for sale and having the projects completed that Kim suggested, Leslie signed the listing agreement with Kim and Realty One. Two days later, we had a contract on the house for more than I expected. Kim was very professional, yet became a good friend through the process that I would trust with anything I have. She earned my trust, loyalty and respect by how she performed her duties in such a prompt, professional, friendly, trustworthy manner. As our agent, she always had our best interest at heart! If the need arises for a realtor again, it will be Kim that I call and I will highly recommend her to all of my friends, family, associates and anyone else that I know who needs the services of a Realtor. Kim is a true diamond in her profession and it was a pure, stress free joy in working with her!!!!

I highly recommend Thom. Some of my favorite things about him: - Trustworthy and diligent - Generous and respectful - Friendly - he advises you as if you were a family member - Great sense of humor - Extremely knowledgeable and experienced in diverse real estate matters Thom knows all about the necessary real estate issues, but ALSO about remodeling, repairs, properties as investments, renting. He has years of personal experience in all these things. He knows contractors, service providers in the real estate industry, and has all manner of great contacts that he generously will share. Excellent at helping you determine pros/cons of what you want to do, if you need that. He is a wealth of valuable advice.

If Thom doesn't have the answer, he will find a way to get you the answer. He is honest and dependable, and I recommend that if you have a need concerning real estate, he is the one to call.

Kim had my home listed much higher than I expected, so high that I suspected that we would have to drastically reduce it in the coming weeks , resulting in a sale delay. This would be a problem since I was an out of town customer and I was about to leave town. But I trusted in her expertise and followed her lead. I was not disappointed in that she had two offers within a few hours , one was much higher than the asking price. We closed on schedule. Being an out of towner, I was admittedly a little nervous but her updates set my mind at ease. Thank you Kim for making a very stressful event much less so.
