Kim Worthington is the best Realtor I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I've worked with many over the years as a seller, buyer and as a Banker. She went way beyond and above what would be expected of a realtor to help us get my wife's house sold after we got married this past June and Leslie decided she wanted to sell the house rather than use it for rental property. Her suggestions, recommendations of contractors and assistance in getting projects completed was invaluable. I started working with Kim about 3 months before we ever listed the property. After getting all of the projects completed that I knew needed to be done to prepare it for sale and having the projects completed that Kim suggested, Leslie signed the listing agreement with Kim and Realty One. Two days later, we had a contract on the house for more than I expected. Kim was very professional, yet became a good friend through the process that I would trust with anything I have. She earned my trust, loyalty and respect by how she performed her duties in such a prompt, professional, friendly, trustworthy manner. As our agent, she always had our best interest at heart! He has years of personal experience in all these things. He knows contractors, service providers in the real estate industry, and has all manner of great contacts that he generously will share. Excellent at helping you determine pros/cons of what you want to do, if you need that. He is a wealth of valuable advice.
