This reference is long overdue but based on the quality of the service we received which was exceptional, I wanted to post this for others seeking true professional representation in buying or selling a property. I have bought and purchased several homes ranging in value from $150,000 to $1.6 million with frustrating realtors. Never ever have I received the professional real estate expertise comparable to what we received from Raniel and Steve at Our Town CDA . These two gentlemen utilize corporate expertise, technology, analytics, psychology, street smarts, teamwork, a system and major real estate knowledge to deliver results. We owned a beautiful mountain home overlooking Hayden Lake. It was rented for several years. After assessing the property they recommended a professional home inspection that detailed all shortcoming and repairs required. We set a budget and spent a few weeks correcting everything. Smart move since these items might have derailed the purchase at the end of the sale. They are terrific business partners -always giving you honest input yet they willingly integrated my feedback and critique. Details speed and efficiency were a constant. I always knew the status of potential buyers —and the marketing was exceptional. In the end we sold a great house at a great price. I wish they could sell my condo in Chicago I would be honored to work with them again. My recommendation is based on 30 years as an executive in three major industries. Todd was fantastic in all aspects. He was great for answering questions about all of the potential properties I picked and was very helpful when obscure situations that arose. When interested in a listing he made sure to take video as soon as possible of the inside and outside and gave his own take of the neighborhood from his great local knowledge. Never pushy to make a sale but always willing to answer any question that arose. Without a doubt I would and plan to recommend Todd to friends moving into the area!
