We reached out to Carrie after receiving a glowing review from one of our friends. She was prompt, and reached out to us within 1 day to discuss what we were looking for. She was attentive and took down notes of our wants, needs, and location preferences. Carrie set us up with search system that gave us houses and land listings and we were free to browse. Once we found a few that we wanted to visit, Carrie was willing to accommodate our needs to meet on a weekend. She had already prepared a compilation of information for each location and had it printed in a folder for us to walk through while we walked through each site. Once we found the land that we wanted to purchase, Carrie helped us facilitate an offer, even though it was 10pm on a Saturday night. She helped give us guidance on how to go through the purchasing process. At closing, Carrie kept us on track and even met us in-person for while we closed with the title company. Overall, Carrie is an excellent realtor. She is very knowledgable, prompt, and professional. She is willing to work, regardless of the time of day. We will be working with her again when we plan to sell our house.

If you need a realtor I could not recommend Amanda any higher! Very helpful and a great listener. My husband and I gave her a very detailed home requirement list and she hit it out of the park! Even though houses were selling left and right she did everything she could to help us find our home. Bought in 2021 and I recommend her to everyone I know. In 2021 we moved out of state and recently relocated back to Tulsa. We had the privilege of using Carrie as both our listing agent in 2021 and our purchasing agent in 2023. We had great experiences with both transactions. She is very professional, always punctual, and was a very good advocate for us in both selling and buying a home. She is also very organized, so we felt very at ease knowing that Carrie had everything taken care of and accounted for. We also loved that she had an eye for detail and noticed a lot about prospective homes that we might have missed in the house hunting process. Amanda was a great help, even before we had fully committed to selling & buying a home.
