Joanna is one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable, responsive, creative, and well-known in the industry. After having my house listed for 4 months, it was time for a change. Joanna completed a walk through with us and suggested a few minor changes (some painting, staging, pricing, etc) and within 4 weeks we had an offer!!!! Joanna really works hard for her clients, buyers or sellers. The next day after first talking to her, she had obtained permission from fourteen properties for us to visit the next day. She stayed with us to get us to select a property and to make an offer. She even assisted in helping us to establish the size of the offer and then worked with the seller to accept our offer. The net result was we had an accepted offer by the fourth day after contacting Joanna. She helped expedite the closing and staid involved until closing was complete, just over two weeks later. Joanna is very professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. Great Realator.
