•As the title says, Tonya is everything you want in a Agent! From the beginning she was incredibly professional and her guidance was invaluable! Tonya made sure that we knew what we could do to make sure that our house showed in the best light possible and helped us to stage it photograph it for listing. We had a great initial open house that resulted in an immediate offer. After that offer fell through she set a 2nd open house and again immediately got a great offer. She really made sure we were able to get the maximum amount for our home sale. Tonya helped us to through the whole process and was exceptional. When the purchase of our new home in NH had some difficulties due to the lack of attention to detail from our agent there, Tonya was unbelievably helpful in helping to guide us through. I honestly believe we would have lost the house if it had not been for Tonya's help. Whether selling your home or looking to purchase you will not find a better agent to work with than Tonya. It is obvious from right away that she truly care about her clients.
