I do not write reviews unless they are warranted. Tammy is beyond deserving of our 5 star review. Tammy went above and beyond helping us find our perfect home. We didn’t make things easy for her and she still stuck with us. For over a year, Tammy managed to show us any house we wanted to see despite some late hours or last minute weekend showings. She was so knowledgeable on the minute details that a first time buyer might miss. We never felt pressured by her to consider a home either. She’s very honest and straight forward, which is hard to find these days! It’s a tough market right now and within less than 24hrs, the house we wanted already had multiple offers. Tammy has great sources and others she works with and was able to set us up with her loan agent Joey with Guaranteed Rate, who both worked overtime to help us close. Long story short, we got the house we wanted and I can full heartedly say it’s all thanks to Tammy. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thanks Tammy
