We have known Jenn for 3+ years prior to our initial move to Murrells Inlet, SC. Cherie is the realtor to work especially if you are first home buyer. She listens to you, negotiate better deals on your behalf and brings the calm when things are overwhelming. She’s punctual and really knows building and the market. I got the best possible interest rate. She takes time to look at the contracts and takes time to explain clauses in contracts. I highly recommend her and would use her service again if I’m buying a home in the future. She will be the realtor for my aunt when she moves to this area.
