Miss Tanner goes above and beyond to help her clients she even helps and looks out for the other agents clients you can call her at a drop of a hat and she tries to answer every question. she always answers her phone and she looks out for the well-being of her client. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends She has great knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area. Both Charles and Annette were very knowledgeable about the area, which was very helpful in helping me navigate the home buying process. Throughout my time with them, they made buying a home very easy. They were excellent in communicating with me and always responded quickly if I had any questions. They walked me through every step of the process and went above and beyond to handle things when I was not available to be present. They found solutions and options when necessary. They accommodated me with virtual walk-throughs and video recordings of properties that I was interested in, when necessary. We came from out of state and needed to see as many homes as possible during the short time we were here. We saw 14 homes in two days and we found the one on day two. They listened to what we were looking for and showed us those homes. They knew the area very well and were able to answer all our questions and guide us to our home. Things happened rather quickly from there, but we are very happy in our new home.
