Charles Wrenn is a professional in every way, did our walk through because we could not be there, He and Annette answered every question we had and took care of ever detail in a timely manner. Our relocation team set us up with appointments for two brokers. TEAM Mcintosh came in and really seemed like they wanted to help us. They understood how fast and difficult this move was going to be for us and they were extra willing to help make sure we had as little to worry about as possible. They told us at the first meeting exactly what they would be doing for us and made sure we knew we were a priority for them. TEAM Mcintosh is fabulous! They were always available and very quick to get back to us or the relocation team when needed. They were quick to make sure current information was given to and from all parties involved; us, our relocation team and they buyers agent. Even with the changing of the closing date twice during the process of the sale, they made sure our side of the process was completed and ready to go so there was no hold-up on our end. They did everything they could to make the whole process as easy for us as possible. We love TEAM Mcintosh and have already told our relocation team to recommend them whenever and however they can. We have also let everyone in our old hometown know who the best team in the area are. We are so grateful that they were on our team.

We were referred to Team McIntosh by a friend. We called with the intention of leaving a message on a Saturday night around 9pm. Not only did Jeff and Trish call us back immediately, they lined up several homes to show us the next afternoon while we were in town (a Sunday might I add). This service ran true during our entire buying process. They always were very attentive to what we needed. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for a return call or the answer to a question. Jeff and Trish made our property search enjoyable! They didn't waste our time looking at things we weren't interested in and their promptness was impeccable! Anyone would be challenged to find a realtor that will work harder for you than these two individuals!! We have purchased multiple homes over the years and have never come close to the service we received from Team McIntosh!
