My wife Karen and I met Christine 2 years ago when we started our home purchase adventure from Boston, Ma looking for a home in South Carolina. I was lucky to meet Christine as one of the 5 realtors i had set up appointments with in our home hunting adventure in the Myrtle Beach, Little River area. We met Christine as the first realtor on my list. We hit it off instantly. Many of the other realtors were guiding me into areas such as Conway and Longs that i knew nothing about. Christine instantly told me to be aware that many areas in those communities were subject to flooding. She instantly won my confidence when she said that we could buy cheaper in those areas but would regret it if the area were to flood. The day we met Christina we went to our hotel and cancelled all our other realtor appointments. We were here in Myrtle beach for two weeks at that time and Christina took us out looking at areas we were interested in. Not once did she try to steer us in any one direction. She took so much time explaining each area and the benefits of each area. I often felt bad for here when my wife and i would debate what style house or area we liked. She would just laugh it off and continue our search. When we signed our agreement to work with her it was I that insisted on a longer term of one year. She told me to put down what ever we felt comfortable with. General terms are 3-6 months. We found the area we wanted by the end of our initial trip. It a new development in the Bridgewater Development in Little River SC... It took us 2 years to fulfill our dreams. We could have never had a chance of this without the assistance of one of the best realtors i have ever run across. She is more than that, she is a person that truly cares about her clients. She will be blunt, honest, caring and most of all she will look after your interest during and after the incredible stressful time of purchasing.
