Wow! Lindsey made buying our property such a breeze! We were new to the area coming from Virginia. Buying property in a area that we had no clue about the neighborhoods, you trust the realtor to tell you thing about the areas. We have heard stories from friends and family about terrible agents that just wanted to sell the property & would not disclose things. We were truly blessed to have Lindsey!! He was professional and personal! He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! My fiancé & I actually had a wonderful time looking for property with Lindsey!

My husband and I have been looking for a home in South Carolina for our retirement. We have been searching for well over a year. Charles and Annette reached out to us from the very beginning. The would send us home after home after home, never giving up on us. We would e-mail back and forth, they knew what areas we were interested in and the type of home we were looking for. Finally the time had come. We were coming from another state. They had an itinerary set in place for us and we were prepared to go on for the week to search for our dream home. All it took was one day. They had done their homework, took the time to show us exactly what we were looking for and fell in LOVE after looking at our fourth home. Believe me they were one nicer than the other. Charles and Annette were patient, friendly and not at all pushy. They handled EVERYTHING for us because we were from out of state including videos a walk through, and every possible question we had for our closing and setting up our new home. Now that everything is complete they still call to ask if all is okay and if there is anything they can do. You cannot go wrong with Charles and Annette as your real estate agent, you need someone who is on your side and will look out for your best interest.

I could only come to town ( a seven hour drive) on the New Year's weekend, and Christine showed me houses on the holiday and Sunday! She gave great insights into the neighborhoods. I am retired, and was not in a position to buy a house that needed a lot of work, so she pointed out any problematic conditions of the houses. Christine gave me a copy of the HOA rules, a list of utilities and contact information, advised me on changing my driver's license and signing up for reduced property taxes as a fulltime resident, and gave me contacts for things like fencing, the HOA, and landscaping. She also served as a liaison with the other realtor, the law office, and the mortgage company. Christine was wonderful, and she made the entire process easy and seamless. I recommend her highly!

Christine was a wonderful buyer's agent in a very aggressive seller's market. This was a very emotional purchase for us and Christine's advice saved us significant money from the desire to offer more than necessary to ensure we won the bidding war. Christine walked us through several virtual tours of other residences that we were curious about and gave us excellent and thorough information on each home. We were very nervous about a site unseen purchase but she made it a breeze. She also went above and beyond the required duties of a real estate agent by helping with arrangements for repair of minor deficiencies in the home.

We knew Lindsey was a stand-up person when we met him because his reputation preceded him. He was knowledgeable about the market and was honest in all his communication. Lindsey was the kind of realtor that made you feel like family and always caring about the clients need. His professionalism is superb, and he remained helpful beyond closing.
