We closed on a new build in Little River, SC yesterday. Our agent Christine Orlando was outstanding throughout the 6 months it took to build our home (we are from NY). We hired Christine to find our dream home in SC. We told her what we were looking for and literally in a day she found “the” house! During the building process Christine went to the house at least once a week and provided us with updates and pictures both through by phone as well as text messages. What can we say about Roscoe! My wife and I were relocating from NY to SC and it was difficult for us to come down often. Roscoe was in constant communication with us and would be working (what seemed like non-stop) to make sure it felt like we were there during the entire process. He would go and take photos/video and was always gathering information on anything my wife was throwing at him (which at some points was a lot).
