•I highly recommend Tom as a realtor. I first worked with him five years ago when I purchased my condo, based on a referral, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Since I was purchasing from Colorado, Tom went above and beyond to help me navigate the process from a distance. He took the time to show me and explain different areas and options that I wasn’t able to see firsthand, helped guide me through the loan process, and even stepped in as a mediator between me and the loan agent when there were issues leading up to closing. He was there every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Five years later, when it was time to sell the unit, I knew exactly who I wanted to represent me. Tom met with me, walked through the property, listened to what I felt was a fair price based on my research, the work I had put into the unit, the location, and the amenities, and respected my opinion. He never tried to talk me into lowering the price just to get a quick sale based on what other condos in the building had sold for. Throughout the entire selling process, Tom was thorough, responsive, and a strong advocate for me. He listened, negotiated, and made sure my interests were represented. I always felt like he was working for me rather than simply trying to get a transaction completed. I’m now working with Tom again as I look for investment properties for my next venture, which I think says a lot about the trust I have in him. He’s honest, fair, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he gives you the information you need to make an informed decision without ever trying to pressure or coerce you into settling just to make a sale. If you’re looking for a realtor who will actually listen, advocate for you, and have your best interests in mind, I highly recommend Tom.
