We are so thankful we used Linda for our real estate search. Linda had knowledge of the area (Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet etc) and the HOA developments, pros and cons of each area. Linda asks lots of questions and works on finding you the best fit. Her kwowledge of the area was so helpful from insurance costs, to flooding issues, to short/long term rentals, to tons of local knowledge. Purchasing a new home in a completely different state is not one of the easiest things to do. Our agent, Lynn Marie Went above and beyond during this time. When I couldn’t remember how many kitchen cabinets she actually accompanied the inspector as the inspection was being done and took pictures of the kitchen with all the cabinets. know that utility companies to contact she sent me the names and phone numbers. She provided a list of local insurance agents in several different list of vendors I needed. She is highly professional, As well as sweet and kind.
