It’s mid 2023, interest rates are soaring, 7 1/2 eight and half percent is causing a major headwind in the real estate market. Mary Roe and I had a very detailed discussion about market forces, and the difficulties involved in the real estate market. We discussed a plan of action, Mary then created a well conceived, marketing plan, which included: written descriptions, pictures, video, drone, footage, and a short well edited Reels version of the property, this worked exactly as intended.
