She was always accessible, and we tested her on this account due to an unforeseen development during our purchase. Jenelle remained unflappable, available and helpful throughout, and everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Despite her relative youth, Jenelle has the knowledge to get down into the weeds when necessary. She was particularly helpful in coaching us how to deal with our lender, who was sometimes less than fully informative and more than a little disingenuous.
