We were working with another realtor and it wasn’t productive. Connie Pepin was recommended to us and after the first open house we we were under contract. Unfortunately the buyer couldn’t sell their property. We went back on the market. Once again, after the the first open house, we had a buyer. Connie was diligent and our house was closed last week. Needless to say, Connie knew I was anxious and kept me calm throughout the process. She is personable, efficient and provides quickly to any questions we had. Betty is absolutely amazing overall! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Betty has just been so patient with us. She is super kind and professional, but we also felt that she genuinely cared and held our hands through the entire process! We loved working with her. She’s responsive and was always available (even on weekends) with phone calls or texting. She is the definition of what a realtor should be!
