Madalena was ON POINT with her selling strategy!

I had a wonderful experience with Madalena. She is highly experienced and helped me understand how to best prepare the house for the initial listing. She worked diligently and made herself available for every inquiry that was coming in soon after posting, which was GREAT. Madalena kept me informed on everything along the way. We had an offer WAY above the listing price the day after posting it (35k) and strategically kept the house on the market for a week for the 'highest and best' offer . I will definitely use her again for my future real estate needs because by the end of the week I was able to pick the 'best', which was $85K over asking price. Thank you Madalena!
