•It was an incredible blessing that our paths crossed. I was in desperate need of a descent realtor as the one I was working with to sell my home at the time was terrible! Luckily, Kate is an excellent realtor who surpassed my high expectations and helped us find the perfect home. Once my contract with the other realtor was up after 6 months of little to no showings, Kate swiftly swooped in to save the day and sold our difficult previous home within a few weeks! If she could sell that home then I feel confident in saying she can sell any, as that property is located in a rough neighborhood of the East side of Bridgeport. Kate is very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. She is so easy to talk to, very efficient and communicative which I greatly appreciate. She has so many wonderful traits, not just as a realtor, but as a person. There is no other realtor I’d rather work with than her, and no other realtor I’d recommend besides her. Don’t make the same mistake I made wasting my precious time and energy with another realtor. Buying and selling property can often be a stressful and frustrating task. You will not regret choosing Kate to aid you in this, she will help make the process easier to get through!
