I have to start by saying this was actually the second time my family and I have dealt with Dan. He was very helpful and understanding when we were going through the trials of searching for our first home. We spent month’s going from house to house and town to town and at the end of the day the home we actually choose was one that we completely overlooked and Dan suggested we take a look at. Seven years later it was time for a change and we were ready to find our forever home so with no hesitation we reached out to Dan once more. This time we faced completely different challenges, having to deal with the obstacles of buying and selling a home at the same time not to mention in the middle of a pandemic can be rather complicated and unnerving. Dan made sure to explain the process to us, what we should expect and once we knew our budget sent us a steady stream of possible homes for us to choose from. We ended up with two beautiful homes from which to choose and Dan not once tried to rush or pressure our decision. After our choice was made up he worked hard and diligently to have answers for us when the roadblocks of selling and buying on the same day began to show up. He lets you know he is fighting for you and even followed up with a call after closing to see how we were enjoying our new home. I would strongly recommend dealing with Dan on your search for a new home.
