I worked with Melissa to sell my late father’s home. Being out of state and unfamiliar with the local market, I interviewed two realtors before choosing her. Melissa’s listing plan proposed a higher price than the other agent, and the home ultimately sold for more than that lower estimate. I appreciated that she was willing to put in the time and effort to achieve a fair price rather than simply trying to move the property quickly. It was an emotional and sometimes complicated sale, but Melissa was patient and flexible throughout the process.
