Excellent experience - I could not have found a better real estate agent Bernadette and her team were consummate professionals from the moment I met her until I got the keys to my new house (and beyond!). I am a first-time home buyer and knew little about the process. Bernadette ensured I completely understood each step of the process. If I had questions, didn't understand something, or was starting to get very anxious and nervous, she was the epitome of calm and supportive, taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns (no matter how many times I brought it up!). I always felt at ease interacting with her and had complete faith in her, her team, and her suggestions. Buying your first house is a scary experience, and Bernadette made it as easy, painless, stress-free--easing my jitters. She truly cared about what I want, what I was nervous about, and what was best for me, not just on making another sale. I implicitly trust Bernadette and would recommend her to absolutely everyone looking to purchase or sell a house. She's not just phenomenal at her job, she is a wonderful person to work with as well. I don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if I do, I wouldn't want anyone other than Bernadette helping me sell and find my house. She truly is the best.
