We have been working with Julie for over a YEAR with our house build process. We started looking at properties in Albuquerque, when we were out of state and she would go to the property, FaceTime us while showing us the land, and always communicating through out the process on new stuff that hit the market. We ended up moving forward with a semi-custom build and she was INCREDIBLE during this process too. She often did check ins on the property, was there pushing for things to get done on time, and was always there as a supportive local person that we could rely on. I HIGHLY recommend Julie because she cares about YOU as a HUMAN and that is so hard to come by when so many realtors forget that piece of the job and focus on making money. She has been doing this for over 25 years, and knows Albuquerque and surrounding areas like the back of her hand. She will be forthcoming with information and if she thinks it’s not a good idea to purchase, she will not hesitate to tell you so!! We love Julie and will continue to work with her in the future.

I’ve used many realtors before and I got to say Bernadette performed above and beyond what other realestate agents will do. She came up with an idea that other realtors weren’t using to get my house. Worked perfectly. She also always answered her phone and is a very nice and caring person. I highly recommend her. She is the only realestate agent I will use now. We are moving out of state for a job, and we chose Peggy again to help us sell our home. We had an excellent experience. She made the process quick and was so easy to work with. Although I know she had other clients at the time, we felt like we were her only ones due to the priority and attention she gave us. Everything was responded to promptly. We just never had to worry about missing anything with her on our side. Peggy truly became a friend here! Would highly recommend.

Keith is very knowledgeable, strategic, and communicative. Working with him was great; he did his research in advance, kept me (the seller) informed every step of the process, and really worked hard to get the best price for my property. He also hired a great real estate photographer, which I believe made my listing stick out from the crowd. Overall my experience working with Keith was a 10/10.
