Being from out of state and looking to sell my property remotely was a bit daunting, I felt very nervous not being there in person. I saw Danielle sold property near where my lots were and I reached out to her. She replied instantly! I shared the details of my land and what I thought would be a good asking price. She did the research and put it on the market. We got an offer that was lower than what I wanted and she was quick to advise me not to accept and to counter. Poof the offer went away and good thing because she was able to bring a buyer who paid full asking! I was so excited I offered to increase her commission. She professionally declined and said there is no need! Wow. just wow! In addition she made sure to keep me abreast of the closing status right through the holidays. When we decided to buy a home we went to see our first house Angela Mendoza was the agent not knowing Angela we liked her right away and wanted her as our agent Angela was very professional and answered any questions we had after that day we seen more homes until we found the one we wanted the lender we had gotten wouldn’t finance the home and they weren’t local so Angela tells us let’s get a local lender by the next day Angela had found us a lender and we were putting in the offer Angela’s communication and help she gave us through the whole process was unbelievable and now we have closed on our new home on December 30th and ready to move in so Angela is highly recommended and we would like to thank her for the amazing job she did for us
