•My Husband, Skip and I live in Oregon and had a rental property in Elverta, CA. The tenant moved out in November, 2020 and did quite a bit of damage to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on an acre. We were fortunate enough to have Shawna Adrien recommended to us, as with Covid-19, there was no way that being seniors, we could go the CA to have all the work done on our home. All of our many communications were via text or phone calls and Shawna is so professional and quick to respond. First she wanted to do a walk through of our home to get an idea of what exactly needed to be done to get it ready for sale. Shawna provided an itemized list of things that needed to be either repaired or upgraded. Thankfully, she has a huge list of excellent bonded contractors to do all the work that needed to be done. Every step of the way, Shawna provided updates, pictures and videos to show us what was being done and what needed to be accomplished. She got various bids from her contractors to perform the many tasks and advised us which one would be the best and most cost effective. Shawna recommended to us the paint colors for the interior and exterior, flooring type and baseboards, kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures, various lighting fixtures, etc. Every single task that was done by the various contractors, she would go to review their work and if it wasn't 100% to her satisfaction, (she is a perfectionist) she would have them re-do, before she authorized us to pay them. Shawn also recommended what we should list the property for based on her extensive research of the area and other like properties. We received a full price offer with 3 days of her listing in MLS in April, 2021. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Shawna Adrien to any Seller or Buyer, she was our Guardian Angel throughout this process and we thank God for finding her.
