Hello reader! You are likely embarking on the joyous nightmare experience of buying a house, and therefore reviewing agent’s profiles. Maybe selling a house? Either way, buying or selling, Dillon will be able to help you make it happen. Dillon will help take the nightmare out of the equation, leaving only joy and dreams to be had! Dillon helped me buy my first home in March 2022!! I was so nervous about the process, and yet Dillon just, magically made it happen! It will take trust. It will. That will be easy though honestly, because what better way to foster trust than great communication!? Dillon was constantly in communication with me, we texted and spoke a lot. When I needed to sign a form I would get the email and Dillon would call/text to give me a heads up. We closed in 17 days. Let me repeat that, we closed in 17 days. I know sometimes that’s just not how the universe aligns, but if anyone can do it, it’s him. Dillon made me feel like the master of the universe, he was patient, sweet, kind, and honest. Most importantly he was honest. He shared his knowledge of the industry at the appropriate level, not too much not too little. Goldilocks perfect. Dillon was also, ruthless. Which you sometimes need. Ok, enough of my silly story telling. I am so grateful for Dillon. You know what he did!? After escrow closed and I was meeting him to get the keys… this guy, left some cute home warming items and got the locks rekeyed!! Don’t let Dillon’s youth give you the impression he’s too new to the industry. He’s great at his job, and has great resources. Once you meet him, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
