Selling͏ Mom's House! My͏ sale was the home my mother lived in for 70 years and she and my dad built. Stephanie's experience, was extremely helpful in the decisions for showing and the asking price. It was also reassuring to have her in contact with me as to what was happening with and the status of the offers. After I accepted an offer a major problem was found during the inspection which changed the complexion of the selling conditions.
