BEST choice in a realtor!

Vanessa is the absolute best choice for anyone who wants an excellent partner for selling your house. I initially was trying to go with someone cheaper, to try and save on the commission cost, and I had to immediately change my mind within the week. They say you get what you pay for, and with Vanessa, I got way more than that. It was very clear to me very quickly that going with any other person would have meant I would have had to have done way more work, without the expertise or assistance that is crucial to making sure all the pieces are in order. Vanessa really puts her money where her mouth is, and works for you round the clock. She is connected, communicative, and commendably well versed in her trade. Selling my house was such an easy process, and it couldn't have gone smoother, all thanks to her. When I say that she works for you, I mean it - she is the one that does the staging, she is the one coordinating all the pieces, she's the one calling and getting the lender to do their parts. She listens, and is respectful of your time and attention. When I told her that I work during the day so I was much more responsive via text, she listened, and then would tell me to call her only when it was actually needed. She went the extra mile for all of the tasks that needed to be done, and kept me in the loop where I was needed, and left me out where I wasn't. I can't imagine I would have been able to do any of this as quickly or as seamlessly as I was able to without her. If you want a go-getter, Vanessa can and should be your go to. I would use her again in a heartbeat, and I sure hope I get the opportunity to do so. Without a doubt, you want Vanessa!
