I cannot speak highly enough of Elizabeth Hernandez as our realtor. My sister and I were faced with a cluttered house and no knowledge whatever of the house sale process. After doing what we could to clear it out, Elizabeth hosted a liquidation sale of the remaining items -- no easy task, by any means -- and then saw that everything else was disposed of intelligently. She went overboard to help us, by any standard. Glitches came up near the end of the process and she was there with us at every turn, always supportive, always assuring us all would be well. And we sold the house at well over our asking price! Elizabeth is an angel (a highly knowledgeable one!); she took us with sensitivity and perseverance through one of the most stressful episodes of our lives, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
