My wingman in a high-stakes sale

I chose to work with Brian because I didn’t want any drama. I needed to sell my house fast and for the most money possible because I’d already committed to buying another house (we had cats, I didn’t want to rent and move again), so I had less than two months to move out, get the house market-ready, list it, and sell it—or be stuck paying two mortgages. Brian made it happen under insane constraints. I signed with him on the 4th. We listed on the 13th, held open houses on the 15th and 16th, and accepted an offer on the 17th. Four days on the market. Multiple offers. That alone would have been enough, but what we pulled off between the 4th and 13th was kind of unreal. Three new roofs, solar panels removed and reinstalled, interior paint, full landscaping cleanup and mulch across an ACRE OF LAND, deep cleaning, staging, electricians, handymen, junk hauls, pressure-washing garages (which Brian did himself). He coordinated all of it—while navigating unpredictable weather. Rainy one minute, sunny the next. Brian had a vision for this house—he saw what was possible and he didn't give up. He also represented the buyer. When their financing fell through, he found a better lender and saved the deal. He negotiated like a pro and absolutely sold the sh*t out of this house. I estimate we netted $70K more with Brian than we would have without him—not just from the sale price, but from everything he saved me in time, money, and upgrades. There’s no way I could’ve done this with anyone else. I wanted someone who knew how to price and sell a rural, desirable-but-not-turnkey home without price drops or long delays. Brian had a strategy, and he executed it exactly like he said he would. If you need someone who can truly get it done, there's nobody else.
