Good experience/ outstanding agent. You can’t go wrong having Brian as your agent!

Brian is a professional old fashioned agent, which I did not think were still around! His communication skills are outstanding, he knows how to talk with any type of agent that is working with the sellers. This alone is exceptional since some agents are frankly rude at times. He is extremely knowledgeable and likable. I believe his easy going personality will always benefit any buyer or seller if he’s selling for you. In our case we were buying and really needed a lot of handholding getting thru the process. Brian continues to help us with things we are changing in the house we bought. He is always negotiating services we need, not only in the purchase of our home but how and what it will take to win the house. He continues to negotiate prices for us on our roof for example and so much more. You will never be disappointed in having Brian Zufelt as your agent.
