Very knowledgeable and nice real state agent!

We were out of state and trying to check houses in CA, we saw on line a house that we really liked, and without previous formal introduction we called Stephanie, we got her contact through a friend, and since day one she was very willing to help us with virtual tours, that same day that we called her, she arranged the tour and also contacted us with a loaner, and we did the offer for the house, all in the same day! We ended up not getting that house, but her willingness and hard work to trying to get it, was a really good sign for us. We keep working with her until we got a really nice house, and we are very happy with it. In all that process, Stephanie was very nice, very professional and very patient. My husband and I were first house buyers and for us to have a very knowledgeable agent, as Stephanie, on our side, was a watershed in our experience. I would highly recommend Stephanie as a real state agent to work with.
