David Ly deserves more than 5 STARS. He was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process of buying my first home. My situation was a little unique, with COVID and being away from California due to work, yet David was understanding and made this possible! David visited all the sites I chose and showed all houses virtually, using FaceTime. It was extra work for David, and I really appreciate his hard work. David gave his honest opinions about each home, its neighborhood, etc. Once I picked the house I liked, David explained what to expect from the beginning to the end, including little details. As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge and had so many questions, but David stepped in and answered ALL my questions and concerns with the right guidance. Cameron went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our house. His extensive contacts with contractors, inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. saved us a few thousand dollars as we fixed up the place to get the most out of the sale. He was even kind enough to do some minor repairs himself. He also kept an eye on the house and let in contractors and inspectors since we were living out of town.
