We went into the process of buying a new home with Trudy and Brian and ended up making friends. We got to know Trudy and Brian through referral and we are so glad to have Trudy and Brian as our realtors. They answered all our questions, supported, and guided us through both the buying and selling process. They understood what we were looking for but also made sure that they gave us ample time to explore and talk without pressure. Buying a house in itself is a stressful process and we were buying a new property as well as selling the house we were in. Trudy and Brian turned the whole process of buying and selling a breeze. I was ready to begin a new phase in my life and was looking for a realtor to help me find my own home. Trudy was referred to me by a mutual friend. My friend had used Trudy for his real estate needs and praised her, so I took his advice. I wanted a realtor who would be patient, thorough, respond to email and text promptly, and just basically be on top of all the details of buying a home. Trudy is also personable and easy to talk to. My experience had a bit of a hiccup and Trudy handled it perfectly. I found a home I loved, and we started the purchasing process including my $5k deposit, but I changed my mind and cancelled the purchase. We continued searching and found another home I really loved. We started the purchasing process that included cancelling purchase #1 and transfer my deposit from the 1st purchase to the 2nd purchase. That required Trudy to keep on top of all principles involved in two purchases plus the transfer of the deposit from one purchase to another. I do not know what it was like for Trudy, but for me it appeared seamless. I am so grateful for her expertise and her diligently attending to details. I will be forever thankful!
