Brian was patient and listened to all of the things we needed to accommodate our family. He was extremely flexible with our busy schedules, and helped us find our perfect home. A home with a more country feel came with a well and septic system that was new to us, Brian was able to help educate us ensure that the proper inspections were done so we had peace of mind that everything was functioning properly. If we ever move (I doubt I will ever leave this perfect house) we will most defiantly call Brian again.

Brian got top dollar for our house and then negotiated a really good deal on the house we bought. He is a professional negotiator and nobody comes close to his skills. Most realtors suck at negotiating because they’ve never been trained he is amazing at it.
