Brian was attentive and a great listener and worked hard from start to finish. He even went the extra mile on things a realtor wouldn't normally do to make the whole process seamless. There were some humps in the road but he managed those with poise and professionalism and expertly guided us through the entire process. I definitely give my whole hearted recommendation.

I've dealt with many realtors throughout my life, and Brian was by far the most knowledgeable about the local and regional market economic driving factors which helped a lot on the timing we sold, etc. The first buyers pulled out and he wasn't discouraged, he just told us, we still have time to get more than your asking price, and not only did he make good on that prediction, but he also helped negotiate with our buyers and they ended up paying half of our solar commitment.
