Cindy was an amazing realtor for us, she was recommended to me by my lender since she had worked with FHA and USDA loans before so I gave it a shot. When I contacted her she responded super quickly, answered all my questions and she was accommodating to my strict schedule. Within a few days she had scheduled tours for the few homes I was interested in looking at, informed me that one of the homes wouldn't qualify for our loan and when we met in person she pointed out some things that might disqualify some of the homes. The last home we toured of the day was well within our budget, in good shape and had the most updates. We really liked the house but needed to discuss our options when we got home which Cindy understood. She messaged us later and we put an offer in, Cindy helped us build a reasonable offer and actually saved me money! The offer was accepted and she also helped us get an amazing home inspector, submit a request for some repairs once the inspections was done and in the end we closed on the house!
