•Given Steve’s knowledge of the area, his proven approach and his desire to be successful, it wasn’t a surprise to be part of another successful sale and purchase with him. He has the institutional knowledge necessary to make quick and accurate decisions and won’t accept failure as an option. I watched the market closely for quite a while, trying to determine the best time to list and when I got to the point where I thought we might have missed the optimal time for our price point, Steve provided plenty of information as to why our timing was right and how to be successful with our sale and the purchase that followed. Most of all, I appreciate Steve’s work ethic and if another need were to arise, I would certainly work with him again. Regards, Steve
