This was the first time in 54 years that I have needed the service of a realtor. Bettye Dickey was awesome in every way, i.e. dependable, punctual, knowledgable, very pleasant, etc. She walked me through the entire process with unbelievable patience. Sharyl was knowledgeable about the market although I felt her initial estimate of a listing price was far too low, but she was using "realtor calculations" for a quick sale. I can appreciate that but the market demand was much higher. In the end, we got about what we thought we would but we started at a much higher listing price than her recommendation so had room to negotiate. It was a bit of a rocky experience for most reasons beyond her control but in the end, I would recommend Sharyl.

Sharyl was so helpful with everything along the way, including ensuring the mortgage documentation was pushed through as fast as possible so we could get in our new home before school started. She answered all of our questions and even took us to a last minute showing of another house we were interested in before putting in an offer on our current home the same day. We weren't sure if we were ready to sell our house. We weren't sure of the value or what improvements needed to be made. In fact, it sold so fast we weren't sure where we would move. Sharyl used her connections to help us find the perfect short term rental so that we could build our next house. In 2017 we called Sharyl after seeing her number on the sign in front of a house we liked. Eventhough it was Sunday she met us within the hour and showed the house. During the process of buying the property she was so easy to work with and did such a professional job that we were happy to call her when we decided it was time to sell the same property. She is helpful,encouraging,positive and she gets the job done. The day after the house went on the market there were 5 offers. After closing I realized I would have no reason to contact Sharyl again as we're now living out of the OKC area and I felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend.

Cassie was great! This was my first time buying a home, she listened and understood my concerns when it came to buying a house. She literally helped me every step of the way!! She showed a few houses several times, and was always patient and sweet, even when I couldn’t decide.
