Myra Territo is an amazing person and agent. My husband and I had been looking for a home for over a year. We have encountered so many real estate agents. So when we met Myra, she was like a breath of fresh air. It didn't take long to realize that she genuinely cares about her clients. Most agents listen to what you are saying but they really hear is "this price range with 3bds 2bths etc". Myra listensssss!!! She gets to know you. She tunes in on how you see yourself and your family in this home. As we started looking at properties with her, she taught us what to look for in a quality home. She taught us what to stay away from. Her guidance, perseverance and knowledge is endless. I felt like I was driving her crazy but she never lost patience and made each outing a fun event. When we found our house, it happened to be listed as an open house. So we decided to check it out. We let Myra know that there was a huge turn over and a line to get into the house. She was on her way to a closing but was early so she had a few minutes to spare. She came running over to meet us. We all decided this was the one. We instantly fell in love with the house. Myra suggested an offer that she believed to be strong, respectful, and worth this home. We agreed on the price and she made the offer. Turns out there were 15 other offers. I wrote a letter to the sellers and Myra presented it with our final offer (original offer). We weren't the highest bidders but our original offer and my letter won us the bid. We now own that home!! Her confidence and professional strategy is what landed us the home of our dreams!! I would recommend Myra to anyone I cared about. She truly is the most caring, genuine and knowledgeable real estate professional I've had the pleasure to work with. Oh and let's not forget that my one year old daughter adores her so we'll have to keep in touch :-).
