Natalie Pantelo from Realty One Freehold is a talented, energetic, transparent and warm realtor. She worked with my husband and I to sell our home of over 50 years. When we engaged her to be our realtor, we were in the process of buying a new condo that was closer to our daughter and her family. Natalie provided truly white glove service that started with a very detailed sellers report which explained how she derived the hyper-local market value of our home. She determined the perfect listing price that was low enough to attract a large number of buyers, yet still exceeded our expectation of what our home could be sold for. Her efforts to list at the perfect price, market via 3D video tour, professional photos and floorplans lead to multiple offers received within 2 days of listing. She managed the "Highest and Best" bidding process and we were astonished when the winning bid came in at $25K over listing (all cash and flexible closing). Nabeela sold our house that we practically abandoned because we moved to another state. We had our belongings in the house but could not get them out before the showing began. Obviously the buyers did not like what they saw in there (disorganized interior). We did not think we could get the fair price for our house given its condition. That's when Nabeela worked her magic!
