Steve is the MOST AMAZING and BEST real estate agent one can get! He was my agent for purchase of a home in Chandler as well as for purchase and sale of an apartment. We had purchased the apartment in order to rent it out. However, we came to know that due to some HOA rules, the apartment could not be rented out. When Steve learnt about that, he did something that no agent would ever do: he became a member of the HOA on my behalf!! He then attended all the HOA meetings, learnt about their rules, and went onto the board of the HOA and changed the rules so that I can rent the apartment out!! He spent innumerable hours and more than six months of time in doing so when he was not required to offer such a help! I will never choose anyone else as my agent but Steve. I worked with Steve Lugo via a reference from a friend and couldn't have been happier with his service and support throughout the process. I live in MN and was looking at homes in the Phoenix area. Steve was able to help guide us toward the areas that most suited our desired environment and amenities. He worked with us for over a year to help provide new listings for review and modify our search criteria along the way so that we really started to see what we were looking for. And then one day it was right there on the screen.... that was the house we wanted and Steve took immediate action. Unfortunately, the house already had an offer but that didn't stop Steve. His expert knowledge of the process allowed us to submit our bid and confirm that if anything happened with the initial offer falling through ours would be the next one accepted. It wouldn't go into a pile to be reviewed..... we were assured of being next on the list with the offer already accepted. A couple days later we got the call I didn't expect ..... the other people backed out and the house was ours! We weren't able to move to AZ immediately so Steve also helped to get us set up with a property management company and we had renters signed up to lease the home within 2 days of the listing. There wasn't a question that I asked Steve (and there were many) that he couldn't answer for me. He had contacts for obtaining the mortgage and insurance on the rental property as well. I wish Steve could be here in MN to sell my home for me as I'm sure he'd be just as responsive and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Steve Lugo!
