Mike supported our unique needs to finding a property that was 5-10 minute commute of Creighton University. We were also buying the property from 1,200 miles away. Mike prepared for our visit in which we viewed ~7 properties. With a few offers to purchase falling through, Mike monitored the market for us and when new properties became available, he went to visit and we did virtual walk throughs. Mike's knowledge of the market and Omaha neighborhoods goes back to the days of him riding his bike around this Omaha with friends and family, playing baseball, going to High school and then watching the neighbors change as an adult. Mike is knowledgeable about home systems (Heating A/C) and construction. He has an eye for things that could be a problem and those more easily addressed. Mike also has a network of contractors (many of those he personally used or knows from also growing up in Omaha) to support inspections and any items required to be addressed. As a photographer Mike has an eye for details and as a hobbyist in woodworking he can see the details in the home construction.
