Fantastic! Worked very hard for a low priced home, over 6 months of shopping time and 2 deals falling through! Would recommend. Eventually we found probably the best possible place in my price range and I finally closed on my first home. Sure glad it's over.

Overall a great selling experience with Ambrosia. Selling a house in the winter in Alaska isn't easy. Especially for being a first time seller who didn't know much about the process. Ambrosia explained and helped me every step of the process. If I had a question she knew the answer and gave some very helpful recommendations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I felt like she went above and beyond what is expect of a realator.
