We worked with Kim remote for quite a while last year. We were still in Texas and looking for a home on the water in NC. Kim sent us many homes and we came to NC to view a couple, even made offers but nothing locked in. We gave up a couple times but Kim did not. We finally came across this house in New Bern that was perfect, the best we had seen. There was another offer on the table so we stretched as far as we could and got accepted. After inspections we went back into negotiations and if it wasn’t for Kim and the selling broker the deal would not have gone through. Ally went above and beyond anything I could ask for. She’s worked with me for the past month, going and looking at different houses since I wasn’t around. While looking at the houses she would make sure to tell me about the area, the drive going out to the house, anything in the house, she was very on top of things. It was also a bonus that anytime I text with questions she had the answers, and if she didn’t she was making sure to ask and get the answers for me within minutes!
