Lynette made me feel like part of her family. I was dealing with the loss of my parents and having to sell their home from out of state. She was not only a business partner but she made me like family. Me me feel at ease with the processes. She took time to explain everything in detail. She took time to literally pull me off the ledge, so to speak, at times. She willingly assisted with making appointments with local repair companies and other companies when needed. I truly feel blessed that our paths crossed. I HIGHLY recommend her services in either buying or selling a home. She was very compassionate. I am old school and just wanted a piece of good hunting property. I contacted Kim and she started sending listings based on my parameters. I found one that I liked and she referred me to the sellers agent to answer a lot of my questions about the property. After some negotiating, an offer was accepted. I live out of state, so I coordinated a trip to look at the property. The sellers agent took me to look at the property because it required an ATV to access. I didn't realize that the real estate market had changed and the seller is no longer responsible for the closing fees. I was hit with an additional charge for part of Kim's fee. This was not communicated to me until the day of closing. Kim and I were able to negotiate an acceptable amount and the deal was completed.
