From the very first telephone call, Kim Jenkins seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and made haste to go video tour homes most times the very day they get on the market. She was extremely thorough and really was the most outstanding realtor and friend. Then once I won the bid, she referred me to a fantastic mortgage company, arranged work on the house to be done/fixed and even brought her guy friend to dig a trench to do termite spraying, and lined up all these people for all the projects! I was a thousand miles away and she made this home buying stress free! She even came to the Closing to be my support. We had a great at her job, first she came and talked with us about pricing and the listing. Then we talked about when to list the house and we did as she planned listed on a Friday at 12:00 noon. I never thought it would get several offers on that Friday and sold on the next Monday. Hope kept us informed about all aspects of the sale and what we needed to complete She was fantastic realtor. Hope is a fantastic person and very knowledgeable in all stages of the sale of our house. Hope is highly recommended.

I was new to being a home buyer, we had rented and it was a scary jump to make. I am so so glad that we found Ally. She was so welcoming and we clicked. Ally was so fast at responses to my questions. If she didn’t know the answer she would do her research and get right back to us. There was NO waiting with Ally, she was always on time. She was very patient with us, and helped us with any and everything we needed. She helped us stay in our budget, she wasn’t in it for herself. She really goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. She let us know if the area was iffy, If the house wasn’t in the best shape, and during showings she would point out anything that wasn’t looking good. We found the best home I think we could have in our price range. She kept in contact, and when we were ready to take our adventure someplace else she helped us with the selling process. She again, went out of her way to guide us through the process. Tell us ways to better present the home and upgrade a few things for the next buyers. We were so happy with our experience with Ally. She deserves the world! Thank you Ally for everything! You will do great! We loved our first home so much, and our agent. We have gone with Chasity now 3 times in home buying/selling. I trust no one, however, with Chasity, I put all faith and trust into her. She is a bold realtor that is there for you. She makes good with her promises and can easily tell she has been doing this for years. Knows all of the ends and out. I would not recommend anyone other realtor than her. She found the perfect properties within our budget, has sold our houses at the cost we needed, and saved us money where she could or through networking could. The absolute best in the county that I have come across. Even if your considering another realtor, rent, buying/selling, talk with her first. You wont be disappointed like I have had with others.

Working with Lisa has been one of the most pleasant experiences. As a younger couple my husband and I were first time home buyers and needing to learn the ins and outs of a VA loan. Lisa has the subject knowledge and skills that set her aside from any other realtor in Jacksonville. She was able to not only deliver on the things that we asked of her but surpass all expectations! Lisa is a very honest and thoughtful person to work with giving honest feedback on properties and keeping our best interest at the top of her priority list.
